Copyright Claims
How to reach us if you find an image that infringes your rights.
A report is enough to start
On any image page you can press “Report this post”, pick “Rights infringement”, and send it. That alone reaches us. If it is urgent, or if you are filing formally as the rights holder or their agent, follow the steps below.
How to file
- Note the page URL of the image (
https://…/en/i/…). - Send everything listed under “What to include” to the address below.
- We review what we receive. If the infringement is clear, we hide the post promptly.
- We reply with the outcome to the address you gave us.
What to include
- Your name or organisation (if you are an agent, say so and name the rights holder).
- An email address we can reply to.
- The page URL of each image concerned.
- Which right is being infringed (copyright, trademark, likeness, and so on).
- Evidence that you hold the right (original files, the URL where it is published, a registration number, and so on).
- A statement that the claim is accurate.
Where to send it
- Email address
- contact@lgtmate.com
How long it takes
Reviewing a claim can take a few business days. Where the infringement is obvious, we may hide the post temporarily before the review finishes.
If your post was hidden
If you disagree with a post being hidden, get in touch through Contact. Note that we keep data for a limited period after hiding a post, as far as needed to investigate reports.
